Quasar IEM – Software Pricing Policy

1. Purpose of This Pricing Policy
This Pricing Policy governs the subscription fees, billing terms, currency conversion, plan structures, add-ons, and related commercial terms applicable to Quasar IEM, a cloud-based Integrated Enterprise Management (IEM) Software offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) by Theta Tech Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
The policy is designed to ensure:
- Pricing transparency
- Predictable subscription costs
- Scalability for businesses of all sizes
- Fair and consistent application of fees
2. Product Overview
Quasar IEM is a modular, cloud-based Integrated Enterprise Management platform designed for:
- Small Businesses
- Medium Enterprises
- Large Organizations
- Enterprise-Level Corporations
The platform includes ERP, CRM, HR, Inventory, Production, Automation, Reporting, and Integration capabilities, offered across tiered subscription plans.
3. Subscription Model
Quasar IEM is provided strictly on a subscription basis, billed:
- Monthly, or
- Annually (at a discounted rate)
Each subscription is tied to:
- A specific pricing plan
- A fixed number of licensed users
- Selected modules and add-ons
4. Currency & Price Stability Policy
- All Quasar IEM pricing is published in United States Dollars (USD).
- At the time of purchase or renewal, subscription fees are:
- Converted into the customer's local currency using the prevailing exchange rate on the transaction date.
- Once converted, the local currency price is fixed:
- For the entire duration of the active subscription term.
- Currency fluctuations do not affect the customer's subscription cost during an active billing period.
- Currency reconversion applies only upon:
- Subscription renewal
- Plan upgrades or downgrades
- Additional licenses or add-ons
6. Add-Ons & Optional Services
6.1 Additional User Licenses
Additional user licenses may be purchased at any time. Additional licenses are prorated when added mid-billing cycle.
6.2 Additional Modules
- Extra modules are billed separately
- Pricing ranges between USD $9 – $19 per module per month, depending on functionality and scope
6.3 Onboarding & Implementation
- Standard onboarding: Included free per licensed user, per tier
- Advanced onboarding: Quoted based on complexity
6.4 Migration & Customisation
- Data migration, system customisation, and bespoke workflows are scope-based
- Quoted separately
- Subject to a signed Statement of Work (SOW)
6.5 Training Services
Dedicated training sessions (remote or onsite) are available. Pricing is determined based on duration, number of participants, and delivery format.
7. Billing, Renewals & Adjustments
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing prior to renewal.
- Annual subscriptions receive a 13% discount compared to monthly billing.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Non-payment may result in service suspension in accordance with the Terms of Service.
8. Price Changes & Amendments
Theta Tech Solutions (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to:
- Update pricing for new subscriptions
- Adjust pricing upon renewal
No price changes will apply mid-subscription unless initiated by the customer.
9. Governing Law
This Pricing Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without prejudice to applicable international SaaS regulations where relevant.
